Booking a chauffeur-driven meet and greet service gives you the opportunity to avoid the stress of trying to find your way out of the airport terminal and looking for a taxi or bus.
Our chauffeur will be waiting to greet you or your visiting guests with a personal greeting card at the arrival gate. Your driver will also be on hand to help carry any luggage and you will then be escorted to your awaiting car and on to your final destination, relaxed and stress free.
In order to ensure this process goes as smoothly as possible, we would ask you to provide the following: The full and correct flight arrival details including the flight number, the scheduled arrival time, the airport, the passenger(s) name(s) and mobile telephone numbers, if any, plus company or organisation name if appropriate.
If required we can provide the passenger(s) with the name and mobile number of the Airport Lynx chauffeur meeting them. We suggest a meeting point inside the arrivals hall where our client can find the designated chauffeur. The Airport Information desk works well. Where appropriate, we ask the incoming client to telephone the driver when they have cleared any immigration procedures and are on their way to the baggage claim area.
