I don't normally write testimonials, but I felt the need to this time. We have used Airport Lynx about 4 times now &have been pleased every time! The drivers are very smart friendly &accommodating, asking whether we'd like music on &if so any particular channel! We were picked up today at Gatwick’s South Terminal by your driver Birute following our holiday to transport us back to our home in Yelling. This is not an easy journey involving negotiation of the Dartford Tunnel and the M25.

I've now used Airport Lynx on several occasions for business travel to the US from/to LHR. The service has been excellent; courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff from initial booking (advising on travel times, particularly important on a Monday morning flight out of LHR) to prompt pickup and drop off.
The cars are immaculate, the drivers friendly and accommodating if you wish to chat, equally if you wish to work, sleep etc. they will leave you be. They had no problem dropping me off directly at the Virgin Upper class wing at LHR and were there to greet me upon arrival back to LHR.
Speaking of which in my recent experience they provide a superior service to the Virgin Upper Class Limo service.

A quick word of appreciation on my driver yesterday, Lee. My flight was delayed and I was as usual tired of traveling. 15 min into driving Lee noticed that the A505 was unexpectedly closed at a further point. He immediately set onto a network of small country roads that brought us back to the A505 after the blocked point. Quick thinking and we only lost 10 min. Also, a very comfortable car.

I travel from Heathrow to St Catherine and back in your limos. I want to commend Arunas who essentially rescued me from another company’s vehicle. I was waiting for my car and the other driver reassured me I was his passenger. I got into the car and it was filthy, which seemed odd given my experience with Airport Lynx. We got out to a gas station at the edge of town and the driver realised I was not his passenger. He left me by the side of the road at the gas station. Arunas drove and picked me up noting the mix up and reassuring me that I was to ride with him. We had a stimulating conversation all the way to the airport. He delivered me safely and on time.

Yesterday evening, I rushed out of the terminal without my luggage (partly because another flight was mentioned on the carrousel, and I therefore wrongly assumed that there would be another carrousel further down the path to the exit). I immediately noticed my mistake, and informed Gary about the situation. Another driver would have been (rightfully!) very upset about the delay and hassle created by this unfortunate oversight – particularly if they had been assigned the job at the last minute and after the end of their shift, and if they had had to postpone dinner with their spouse to attend to it, just like Gary had.
Gary took the situation in his stride, and was amazingly gracious and understanding of it. He was incredibly professional and helpful in dealing with the airport personnel and help me resolve the issue. The two of us even had a laugh about it on the way back into Cambridge! I am mortified that I wasted his time and that he made it home much later than he was planning to yesterday evening.
I know that disgruntled customers never shy away from writing to complain, and that satisfied customers, on the contrary, often take it for granted when service providers go out of their way to make their journeys and experience easy and enjoyable. This is the reason why I wanted to send you this message, which I hope you will forward to your CEO.
Once again, Gary was truly exceptional in the way he handled the situation yesterday evening. He is the reason why as of today, Airport Lynx has become my transportation service of choice, and why from now on, I will advertise your services to all my corporate partners and programme delegates. If you have pre-summer holiday bonuses and/or best drivers awards, I, as a very happy customer, would like to nominate Gary for both.

Just to let you know that this was the first time we used Airport Lynx and we were very impressed. Your ability to be flexible when our first flight back from Florida was late coming into Atlanta was very good indeed.
We were surprised even to find the telephone manned at 11.30 pm! Then even more happy that Piotr was able to come over from Terminal 5 to collect us at Terminal 3 just nine hours later at Terminal 3, two hours earlier than scheduled. Piotr was a great driver and very courteous.
We were home just 135 minutes after landing, with no speed limits broken. We shall be repeat customers for sure.
